Volunteers Welcome!
More than 700 people volunteer at Home Repair Services each year. Some give a Saturday a month. Others are retirees who work along with our staff. Many are part of a church or trade association's annual community outreach event.
We're currently recruiting enthusiastic people for the following volunteer opportunities:
- Cement Work: Repair steps to provide safe home access for families in need!
- Receptionist: Be the smiling "first face" of Home Repair Services!
- Volunteer Liaison: Help recruit others to join in supporting lower-income homeowners!
- Woodshop Worker: Build cabinets for sale in the Builders' Abundance store!
If you're interested, complete a Volunteer Application or contact Stan Greene at 616-241-2601, ext. 223 and tell him "I've got skills you can use!".
