Each working day, Home Repair Services sends professional service technicians into the surrounding neighborhoods to handle the most urgent and critical repair problems facing qualifying lower-income homeowners. These service technicians are supplemented by hundreds of subcontractors and volunteers each year. The charge to the homeowner is 10% of a job's total cost.

To qualify for services you must own, or be buying, the home in which you live. The home must be in Kent County. Your combined household income must be below our published guidelines.
