The Builders' Abundance store collects donations of surplus building materials and sells them at 20-30% of their retail value. A gallon of paint costs $3, a door may cost $10 and carpet sells for $3-$4/yard. Select non-profit organizations and lower-income homeowners from Kent County may qualify to shop in the store.
